Update a failed or expired card

Fix a declined payment by updating your card on file.

If a payment fails, your account enters a short grace period while we retry.

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Update your payment method.
  3. Retry the outstanding invoice — access is restored as soon as it clears.
We send reminder emails before any plan is downgraded for non-payment.
