Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ferdi, an AI reel generation product (“Service”) operated by Ferdi (“Ferdi”, “we”, “us”), based in Brooklyn, NY, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ferdi. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscription & billing

Paid plans (Solo, Studio, Agency) are billed monthly in USD. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked.

4. Content ownership

You retain all rights to the briefs, prompts, brand assets and source media you upload. You also retain rights to the reels Ferdi generates for you, subject to the music licensing terms below. You grant Ferdi a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Music licensing & FTC disclosures

Ferdi uses a licensed music catalog. Tracks are licensed for organic social use on the platforms Ferdi publishes to (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). For paid promotion or commercial broadcast outside these platforms, contact us first. Ferdi auto-attaches FTC sponsorship disclosures when a brief indicates sponsored content and keeps an audit log of every asset used.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Ferdi to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that impersonates a real person without consent. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

7. Service availability

Ferdi is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferdi’s total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
