Requiring approvals before publishing

Approvals add a checkpoint between "rendered" and "published" — useful for teams and clients.

1. Turn on required approvals in your workspace settings.
2. Reels route to the Approvals queue after rendering.
3. A reviewer approves (or requests changes); approved reels then publish on schedule.
